Ruikeda diesel generator plant to tell you, in order to prevent the corrosion of diesel engine, when the product leaves the factory, its inside and outside have been oil seal, therefore, the new unit installed, in line with the installation requirements, must be opened to start, whether it will cause flying danger, should be taken seriously.
The steps to remove the oil seal are as follows:
(1) heat the diesel oil to 45℃~56℃ above for cleaning and removing the external anti-rust oil.
(2) heat the water above 90℃, and then continuously pour water into the water outlet from the water jacket, through the water discharge switch on the side of the cylinder body
(3) clean oil sump with clean diesel oil and replace with new oil. Cooling and fuel oil system, fuel injection speed regulating system, water pump and starting transmission system should be cleaned and checked according to the requirements of the manual, and add enough clean cooling water to start up the battery.
Inspection before unit test
The inspection steps before diesel engine test are as follows:
Check whether the unit surface is clean; If there is any loose nut of foundation nut, flywheel screw and other moving parts, tighten it in time if any problem is found.
Put each cylinder in a reduced pressure position, rotate the crankshaft to listen to the cylinder parts running sound whether there is abnormal sound, crankshaft rotation freely, at the same time the oil pump into a friction surface, and then, close the reduced pressure mechanism, shake the crankshaft, check whether the cylinder leakage, if shaking the crankshaft, feel very difficult, that is normal compression.
