Q: How long is the warranty?
A: Our officially promised warranty time is 1 years (Non-artificial damages) from the date of delivery. Supply replacement or offer new parts according to our communication.
For quantity and regular order, you may keep the RMA and after long time collection, ship them back together, we’ll offer repair or replacement, or if you have your own engineer department, no need to return back, we can send repair parts to you.
