On May 27, Huawei released huawei MatePad Pro 5G, the first 5G tablet computer in China, with Kirin 990 5G SoC flagship chip and 7nm+EUV manufacturing process. The product is also equipped with ultra-thick 3D graphene cooling technology, with a total thickness of 400 m, and intelligent sensing of AI thermal management to adjust the body temperature, so that the system can be long-lasting, efficient and calm.

Guosheng Securities pointed out that the trend of light and ultra-thin, intelligent and multi-functional equipment for electronic thermal management technology has put forward higher requirements, consumer electronics in the field of cooling demand will increase. It is suggested to pay attention to the new heat dissipation methods such as the average temperature plate in the 5G era. 5G is expected to bring heat back to mobile phones. Meanwhile, AU USES a large number of Gpus, which will also drive the synchronous growth of heat dissipation applications. With 5G to be commercially available in 2020, the soaking plate is expected to become the main product in the market.
