This smart capacitor compact set can be used individually, or a few sets parallelly connected. It can replace conventional automatic reactive power factor compensation configuration composed of controllers, fuses, composite switches or mechanical contactors, thermal relays, low-voltage power capacitors, indicator lights and other wire connections.
Modular structure
Smart capacitor compact set has a modular structure, small size, simple field wiring and easy maintenance. We just need to increase the number of modules to achieve the expansion of the reactive power compensation system and simplify the layout of the compensation cabinet.
This inserted switching module is composed of thyristor, magnetic latching relay, passing-zero trigger circuit and thyristor protective circuit. It can ensure that there is no inrush current and no operating overvoltage during the switching process. The switching module responds quickly and can be operated frequently.
Multi-protection
Smart capacitor compact set has functions such as power failure protection, short circuit protection, voltage phase-loss protection, over-temperature protection, etc., which effectively ensure the safety of the capacitor and extend the life of the equipment. Besides, Huihua power capacitor has an internal temperature sensor which can protect itself from over-temperature.
Well controlling
The controlled physical quantity is reactive power. The reactive power trend prediction and delayed multi-point sampling technology are used to ensure no oscillation during switching. At heavy loads, reactive power is fully compensated.
Anti-switching oscillation technology
The unique design prevents uncompensated or over-compensated scenes caused by the controller crash and prevents capacitor switching oscillation.
Friendly human-machine display interface
This smart capacitor compact set can display current, voltage, reactive power, and other equipment’s operation data, display switching status, failure status of the composite switch module, communication status, and can facilitate debugging / work status switching, manual/automatic operating functions.
