When the installation ground of aerial working platform is inclined, it should be flat under casters. If the surface is a waterproof insulation layer, 2.5cm-3cm thick board should be added under the front and rear to prevent crushing waterproof insulation layer. The adjustable support height of suspension mechanism should make the lower side of front beam slightly higher than parapet wall. If possible, wood blocks should be added between the lower side of the protruding end of front beam and parapet wall after suspension mechanism is installed.
The rated adjustment range of overhanging length of the front beam is 0.3m-1.5m. When the overhanging length exceeds the rated value, reliable strengthening measures and rated working load must be taken, and can only be used after confirmed by responsible department. The space between two support should be adjusted to be 3cm-5cm shorter than that between front beam cantilever ends and suspended platform. When tightening the strengthen steel wire rope, front beam should be slightly upward by 3cm-5cm to generate pre-stress and improve the rigidity of front beam.
As the construction test of aerial working platform, dynamic load test aims to check and verify construction feasibility, construction convenience and curtain wall closing construction method of guiding and stretching type building working platform.
