Installation instructions of protective door:
1. The elevator protective door is push-pull type, and it should be painted with warning paint.
2. The door is protected by steel gate. The size of the door is 1500mm in width, and 1800mm in length.
3. The door frame and lift platform frame shall be solidly welded, the length of welding seam shall not be less than 14cm.
4. There is a horizontal steel pipe above the protective door. The steel pipe is not more than 1.8 meters away from the platform floor, and its strength is not less than 1.5 meters
5. Two bolts are welded on the side of the door of the shaft hole, usually adopts Φ 20 pipe parts
6. Using Φ 12 reinforced, the use of reinforcing steel bar bending machine for door shaft processing, the length of the bent part should be greater than 14 cm, welding platform scaffold pole upright position accordingly. The bending part of one end is fully welded with the steel pole, and the other end is used as the door shaft.
7. During the welding of the door shaft, lay out the position of the door shaft in advance, and conduct welding only after the inspection is correct. Pay attention to the construction safety during the welding.
8. When installing protective doors, lift transportation should be stopped.
