According to the construction characteristics of the curtain wall on the steel structure of the roof , firstly, the aluminum hanging platform is put into place and installed on the roof bearing platform. Then, the portal frame is used to install the bracket on the platform and wire rope, lifting the working platform down to lower end of wire rope.
Start the aluminum hanging platform power supply to make the hoist run, insert wire rope into the electric hoist and make sure wire rope is in a tensioning state. Cut off the electric power to make hoist stop running, insert the safety wire rope into safety lock, and set the hanging weight from the ground height of 100 ~ 150mm, make the safety wire rope in a tensioning state.
Then inspect the aluminum alloy suspended platform after installation, make it lifting up and down for three times at the height of 3m. Maintenance should be done after daily using to make sure safety.
