Embossed floor:
1. Embossed floor, actually called stamping floor, embossed floor. The embossed floor is a series of embossed floor that is cast on site with a unique pattern frame. It is made of cast-in-situ concrete floor with a special mold with color printing materials, using advanced technology and rigorous construction management. It displays multi-colored pattern models and rich and varied colors, and has the effects of wear resistance, pressure resistance, anti-slip and integrated molding, and has a variety of practical uses.
Product characteristics of embossed floor:
1. The pattern and color can be set in any group, and the whole molding is completed at one time.
2. The compressive strength is generally more than 3 times that of ordinary concrete, and its wear resistance is good.
3. Using inorganic pigments, the color is firm and long-lasting, good UV resistance, suitable for the complex and changing climate, humidity and other climatic conditions in China.
4. Oil-proof, waterproof, non-slip, the surface will not crack, fall off, fade.
Application scope of embossed floor:
1. Municipal engineering: streets, sidewalks, road isolation zones, theme parks, cultural squares, landscape projects.
2. Commercial: commercial buildings, hotels, restaurants, bars, large shopping malls, convention centers, supermarkets, shops, parking lots.
3. Residential: apartments, villas, residential quarters, courtyards, gardens.
4. Entertainment venues: parks, playgrounds, water pools, swimming pools.
5. Others: industrial plants, schools, kindergartens, bus system platforms, interior and exterior decoration of real estate.
Preparation before construction:
1. The climate during embossed floor construction has a great influence on the construction quality. Construction should avoid rain, snow, wind, sand and freezing weather. Construction is prohibited at night in places with large temperature differences between day and night. The construction environment temperature should generally be above 2 ℃. Only a good construction environment can ensure the construction quality of the stamping floor. Avoid cross-construction with other construction teams. If necessary, take measures to close the construction site of the stamping floor. Crushed stone and plain foundation must be compacted or tamped by roller compactor.
2. The strength of the concrete of the embossed floor base should be ≥ C25, the water-cement ratio should be as small as possible and the concrete should not contain early strength agents.
3. The thickness of the concrete must be consistent, and the base concrete must be 5 cm or more. The particle size of the largest crushed stone aggregate in the concrete should be ≤1.5cm. For concrete below 10cm, use a flat plate vibrator, and for concrete above 10cm, use an insert vibration.
4. After vibrating the concrete, use heavy steel long rollers (steel rollers should be wider than 0.3m above the mold floor mold) to repeatedly roll the platform to make the platform level. When rolling the floor, remove the foreign objects on the steel roller. After sizing the concrete, make sure that the surface is free of sand and gravel. At locations where steel rollers cannot be used, manual sizing should be used and the floor level should be scraped off with a ruler.
5. After the concrete floor is horizontally finished for bleeding treatment, the surface of the concrete is smoothed with a manual iron plate before the surface is initially set.
Construction process:
1. Bottom treatment: It should be tidied and tamped to level the foot to achieve the required compaction density.
2. Pour concrete in the construction area of the same color and mold type, and smooth it with tools. The drainage slope should be considered to avoid water accumulation.
3. Before the concrete is initially set, use a trowel to level the concrete. Spread the color printing material evenly according to the specified amount of two to three times and spread it evenly on the concrete surface layer. jobs.
4. Spread the release agent evenly on the concrete surface according to the specified amount.
5. Dispose the specified mold on the concrete surface layer and arrange and set it out, then carry out the imprinting work.
6. Carry out the maintenance of the finished floor, generally under 25 ℃, it can be put into use after 72 hours.
Construction Notes:
1. The construction should be carried out according to the requirements. The reinforcement material to be paved and the mold release powder should be stacked and used in order according to the paving direction. Various professional construction tools and forming molds should also be in good working condition.
2. The setting of the expansion joints must be completed within 2-7 days of laying the concrete according to the design requirements, and the separation distance should not be greater than 4 meters. The depth of the expansion joints is generally about 2/3 of the concrete floor.
3. The length of each class of concrete surface pavement should be coordinated with Caiping pavement construction and reasonable. The construction area must be controlled at 200m2 / group per day (according to ten hours), otherwise it will directly affect the construction quality.
4. The surface treatment of the concrete surface layer must be carried out in accordance with the regulations and design requirements. The surface layer must achieve the required flatness, slope and width, and the quality of the concrete must be consistent in the same project, so that the final overall effect is consistent Sex is very important.
5. Reinforced material may agglomerate during transportation, and it must be scattered by hand before spreading.
6. Research and formulate the position and direction of the arrangement and lifting of the forming mold in advance to ensure the integrity of the pattern. Lay the first forming mold along the reference line of the loft pattern and press it vertically into the concrete. The builder can stand on the forming mold. The weight of the human body is enough to form the texture on the surface of the concrete. If necessary, you can use the special tamping rod of the built-up mold to vertically press the forming mold into the construction surface to better Clear and realistic patterns. It is very important to master the time of the stamping, too wet or too dry concrete surface will affect the final pattern and effect.
7. The completed molds must be arranged compactly to prevent the appearance of double seams. After the mold is lifted, the pressed area must be inspected and repaired appropriately.
8. If there are walls, corners or other irregularities during construction, you can use the Mingjian corner mold (red soft mold), but pay attention to the consistency and coordination with the overall pattern when using it.
9. The forming mold and corner mold can be reused, but a sufficient number of molds (7 pieces / set) must be prepared to improve the construction efficiency.
10. After the construction, the pressure-moulded floor pavement does not need to be sprinkled for maintenance, but the necessary protection work must be done before acceptance and delivery.
