A.Underlay laying
1. Quality requirements
The bottom fabric is generally PP woven fabric. After paving, the underlying fabric has a
smooth appearance without any exposed foundation or wrinkles. The paved fabric should be timely
compacted with turf.
2. Pavement
Each pieces of joint tape is arranged in a straight way, and the overlap distance between two
cloth is 5-10 cm.
B. Grass Pavement
1.Before construction
The turf arrives at the construction site, pave the lawn according to the design drafts, confirm
the quantity and color of the turf. After that, pave the grass in the same direction, prepare related
accessories, construction equipment and tools, and the most important things is that the construction
temperature should be at 10°C or higher.
2.Measuring line
Mark the location of each sideline and line according to the site design drawings. The mark
should be clear.
3.Construction
（1）Adhere the joint tape the underlying fabric along the line marking.
（2）Adhere the artificial grass line on the joint tape along the line marking to ensure its
smoothness and firmness.
（3）Trim and splice the artificial turf with special tools, and the joint spacing should less
than 2mm.
（4）Use joint tape to bond between grass gaps.
（5）Compact grass overlap to ensure that the seams are flat and firm.
（6）Fill the accessories with special equipment, ensure that it is uniform, flat.
（7）Comb the grass with special equipment to make accessories is fully settled.
C.Construction Process
Measure→ Clean the site→ Pave the grass →Connect joint tape → Brush the glue →Combine the grass →Trim grass edge →Finished.
