The safety wire rope shall be on the outer side and the working wire rope shall be on the inner side. The two ropes should be about 150mm apart, and the rope should be fixed and tightened.
(2).Before using the building cleaning cradle it is necessary to carefully check whether the connecting parts and fasteners are firmly installed and whether the lifting length of the cantilever beam meets the requirements.
(3). Check whether the location of the counter weight and the number of the counter weight are in line with the requirements.
(4).After the electric construction cradle is assembled near the site, transported to the designated position after inspection, and then switched on for test run. At the same time, the working wire rope and safety wire rope are respectively inserted into the lifting mechanism and safety lock . Work wire rope must be inserted in the operation of the hoist. Pay attention to the phase when the power is on, make sure the lifting direction is correct.
