Before the official use of goods elevator construction hoist, it must be fully lubricated. During the normal operation, it should be lubricated regularly. Before the lubrication, the dusty part must be cleaned up.
1. Reducer: check the oil surface every week，add if necessary， change the lubricating oil every half a year, note: the reducer should change the oil one week after the first use
2. Rack and pinion: brush grease every week
3. Speed limiter: add grease every month
4. Roller: add grease every month
5. Guiding wheel: add grease every month
6. Guide rail for gate and counter weight: apply grease every month, including hanging cage and outer cage door
7. Pipe for mast: grease every month
8. Cable guiding: grease every month
9. Wire rope: apply grease every three months
10. Pulley: add grease every half a year
