As electric gondola cradle is widely used in aerial construction, in order to guarantee security, it is need to inspection and maintenance.
1. Before the operation, make a comprehensive inspection of the welding seam, there should be no unsoldering or leakage welding. The connectors and fasteners should be complete and reliable. If there is any looseness, they should be strengthened in time.
2. The counterweight should meet the requirements of the operation manual of construction gondola platform, and should be fixed firmly to avoid slipping.
3. The distance between the two lifting points of the suspension mechanism should be equal to the distance between the two lifting points of the suspended platform, and the error should not be more than 5cm.
4. After use, the surface should be cleaned in time, when weld cracking, component deforms or painted coat falls off, it should be repaired in time to avoid corrosion.
