I. Daily maintenance:
Daily maintenance shall be performed by the operator of the equipment or full-time personnel of the operating unit. The device maintenance unit shall have the obligation to monitor and inspect the daily maintenance. The main contents of daily maintenance are: cleaning, fastening, lubrication, adjustment and anticorrosion.
Inspect each part of passenger lift building hoist elevator every day and check whether it is normal, lubricate according to the rules, pay attention to whether the sound of the machine running is normal, do a good job in cleaning and shift work, so as to achieve the purpose of clean appearance and normal operation of the equipment, daily maintenance records and shift records should be made into a fixed form, and as a file management.
II. Weekly maintenance:
1. Make sure to check and lubricate all parts every day.
2. Ensure that the pinion and pressure wheel are firmly fastened on the driving base plate, and check the fixing condition of bolts on the driving base plate.
3. Check the braking torque of the brake
4. Check the oil level of the reducer and add new oil if necessary.
5. Check the interlock installation of the hanging cage door and the fence door, as well as the safety maintenance switches of the upper and lower stroke.
6. Check the safety interlock installation of all hanging cage doors.
7. Check whether the position of upper and lower limit blocks of guide rail frame is correct.
