Notes for installation of construction hoist passenger lift

A.   The installation site shall be clean and enclosed

B.   Prevent falling objects from the installation site, and add safety nets if necessary

C.   In the installation process, there must be a person in charge and unified command

D.   When the building hoist passenger lift is running, the head and hands of the personnel shall not be exposed beyond the safety fence

E.   If someone is working on the guide rail or wall frame, it is absolutely not allowed to operate the hoist, and it is forbidden to enter the outer cage when the hanging cage is raised

F.   All parts and components of the hanging cage shall be placed steady and shall not be exposed to the safety fence

G.  When using the derrick for installation, overload is not allowed. The derrick can only be used to install or remove parts of the hoist lift, not for other lifting purposes

H.   The hanging cage shall not be started when there are hanging objects on the derrick

I.    According to the safety requirements of air operation, installation operators must wear safety helmets, wear non-slip, fasten safety belts, etc., do not wear loose clothes, and wear work clothes, so as to avoid being involved in the moving parts and causing safety accidents

J.   The control box must be taken to the top of the cage to operate the lift, and it is not allowed to operate in the cage

K.   Before starting the hanging cage, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted to eliminate all unsafe hidden dangers

L.   During operation, overload is not allowed

M.  Installation cannot be carried out during thunderstorm, snow or inclement weather with wind speed exceeding 13m/s

N.   Before operation of the passenger lift, the protective grounding device shall be connected with the metal structure of the lift, and the resistance value shall not be more than 4 ohms.
