1.  Elevator operators must be trained to be familiar with the performance and operation technology of each component.

2.  Do not operate the building hoist when the wind speed at the top exceeds 20 m/s (gale force 6) and under inclement winds.

3.  Always observe whether there are obstacles in the running channel of the hanging cage.

4.  There shall be no standing water on the foundation of lifting hoist.

5.  Keep the cage clean.

6.  Ensure that the load of the cage does not exceed the rated load.

7.  Do not open the door or extend your hands out of the cage when the hanging cage is running.

8.  Remind all personnel to pay attention before starting the cage. If any abnormal situation is found during operation, press the emergency stop button immediately

9.  The hanging cage should be parked at the ground platform after work, and cut off the power supply.

10.  If there are any abnormal conditions in the lift, please inform the maintenance personnel in time. Non-maintenance personnel are not allowed to move at will.

11.  Operation after drinking is strictly prohibited.

12.  Cage roof operation must be adopted under installation condition.

13.  Check and maintain regularly as required and do fall test.

14.  Check whether the fan is rotating and whether the resistance is heating normally before frequency conversion building hoist is working. After the main power is disconnected, if you want to make the lift run, press the start button first. After connecting the main power, it can be restarted at least 3 seconds. Every time the maintenance circuit, must disconnect the main power supply, stop 10 seconds before maintenance.
