You shall first turn on the indoor master control switch, then start the power supply switch, and finally start the ventilation or exhaust facilities and turn on the water source master control switch in the laboratory.
Precautions
The opening and closing of the cabinet door and drawer of the test bench should be opened and closed gently, avoiding strong collision and shaking.
The test bench cabinet should store common laboratory consumables and equipment, and if there are acids, alkali reagents and volatile solvents, they should be stored in a special safe storage cabinet.
The test bench cabinet is not allowed to use soluble cleaning agents, and all benzene solvents and resin solvents are not suitable for panel cleaning agents.
Before using the electrical equipment, confirm whether the voltage of the used electrical equipment is consistent with the voltage of the power supply terminal.
When using the socket, the two-pin plug can't be swung left and right, but it should be inserted from the point of inclination. Otherwise, it's easy to damage if you insert it violently.
No matter what kind of electrical equipment, when the power plug is not needed, please turn off the power switch first and then pull out the plug to avoid sparking. If we do this for many times, the contact point of the socket is in arc power contact.
When the experimenters leave the laboratory, they should cut off all power switches.
If there is a fault in the power line, it should be checked and maintained by a professional electrician.
The valve of the terminal tap should be opened and closed gently and shall not be screwed too hard.
The water tank can only store 90 % of the water.
After the completion of the experiment, the water spots on the experimental table should be wiped off and all the accumulated water in the water tank should be drained off.
When the experimenters leave the laboratory, they should turn off all water switches.
Maintenance of experiment table
If there are broken vessels, they need to be picked up by hand tweezers. Do not use dishcloth to wipe them, otherwise they will cause scratches on the table.
Although the table top of the fume hood can resist high temperature, it is not recommended to be in direct contact with open fire and high temperature for a long time.
Although the table top of the fume hood has good corrosion resistance to all kinds of chemicals, it may also have some effects if exposed to chemicals for a long time. Therefore, it is suggested that chemicals should be removed as soon as possible if they drop onto the table top.
