The application points of construction elevator are as below:
(1) Calculation of load of elevator attachment mode, flat bearing and steel pipe frame should be incorporated into the construction organization and design in a single plan.
(2) Most of the lifts are squirrel-cage asynchronous motors starting with direct load, starting current is large, so the power terminal wire diameter should not be less than 16mm² copper wire. Electric panel box shall not be shared with other equipment and with leakage protector in it. An anti-thunder grouding electrode which is less than 4Ω should be embedded on elevator guide rail derrick.
(3) The construction hoist should adopt the dual drive and conflict type speed limiter drag mode, the rated power should not be less than 14kw, to close to the peak operation of the hoist all necessary reasonable parameters, more importantly, two sets of independent drive system and rack mesh can avoid broken shaft, teeth and the formation of crash.
(4) It is necessary to check and debug the transmission system, terminal gear and rack meshing gap of the hoist elevator before disassembly and installation. Fastening each fastener of guide rail. Test the speed limiter and the various limiter switches. Electrical circuits should be adjustable and reliable.
(5) The calculation value of the vertical deviation of the guide way derrick is 1/1000.
(6) Do not pile up any articles or dig trenches or grooves within 5m around the hoist elevator. It is prohibited to use the derrick, support and floor platform of the lift to pull hanging scaffolding, construction pipes, cables, banners and flags and other articles not related to the hoist lift.
