1. Material: Ureic is mixed with cellulose, and dried and ground finely into ureic dust. The ureic dust is mixed with color pigment and chemicals to form a “dough” in the barrels which is then stirred by a specially-made machine.

2. Mixing Layers: To produce the desired shading and colors, different layers of “dough” are rolled over on top of each other through a specific machine until these layers combine to form a shape of a cyclindrical “loaf of bread”.

3. Rod Making: After the desired shape is created, the kneading is placed onto a wetdrawing machine and then extruded from a conical terminal. This process will determine the diameter and cut the kneading into disks bu the same machine.

4. Disk Drying: The dried disks, besides keeping the same color structure previously dictated by the “loaf of bread”, are completely dried within 5-7 days.

5. Button Making: The dried desks are moulded by using vertical compress of different tonnages to make buttons. By using automatic compression machines, the shapes if and the holes on the disks are made and drilled at the same time. For semi-automatic compression machine, holes have to be drilled by a separate machine.
