A: Because the three small springs between the active disc and the flywheel in the middle of the clutch are too weak, when the clutch is disengaged, the intermediate active disc sways and hits the drive pin and sounds. Increase the diameter of the small spring wire (from 1.4mm to 1.8mm), increase the elasticity, and basically eliminate the sound.
