Why we say we are a women-friendly company? Because our general manager Ms.Wang is a strict and admirable, outstanding businesswoman. As a company that 57% of staff are women, Ms.Wang and our female employees believe that every woman needs to build up her self-confidence and independence, not only in out-looking, but more importantly, in our soul, our capability. We shall empower ourselves and give out the power from our own to influence others.

Hongkong Huihua isn’t only talking, we make it into spirit, we also make it into actions. Besides learning from an example in flesh, we have regular in-house training lessons about our power capacitor, detuned reactor, harmonics filter APF & SVG, solutions to some specific urgent cases. Hongkong Huihua focuses on power factor correction and power quality management for years, those lessons can help them have more understanding of what we will be dealing with, leave them space for improvement, to grow up with enterprise for more years.
We have our understanding of physiological discomfort in some women. We take maternity leave in accordance with the law, give care to pregnant employees, give recognition and respect them. During their maternity leave, their posts will be kept. Of course, their ability to work is great, obviously to all. We believe that self-discipline and self-improvement in individual, understanding and tolerance in enterprise culture, they are mutually promoting.
