Structure of beam shelf. The Hegerls beam shelf is composed of column pieces, beams, safety pins, barriers, protective measures, connecting rods, aisle beams, etc.
The structure of the beam shelf:
Upright piece: It is composed of two uprights, horizontal braces and diagonal braces, and is composed of high-strength bolts. The common specifications of Higer column are: 68*80mm, 68*90mm, 68*100mm, 98*120mm. The front of the column is punched with double rows of diamond-shaped holes, the side is round holes, and the upper and lower spacing is 50mm or 75mm. The diamond-shaped holes on the front facilitate the installation of the beam claws. The round holes on the side facilitate the installation of cross braces.
Common column specifications:
Crossbeam: Welded by one main beam and two post claws. When installing the beam and the column, the column claw needs to be inserted into the diamond hole on the front of the column, and the round hole on the column claw is used to install the safety pin. There are two kinds of main beams: rectangular tube beam and holding beam. Needless to say, the rectangular tube, the cross-sectional shape of the welding beam is shown in the following figure-the specification table of commonly used welding beams.

Ground protection: Generally, the beam shelf uses forklifts to access the goods. Forklifts inevitably collide with the shelves during daily walking or operation. At this time, safety protection measures are very necessary.
Ground protection includes: foot guards, and anti-collision guardrails. Foot guards protect the bottom of the column. The anti-collision guardrail is installed at the end of the shelf and is mainly used for the forklift to collide with the shelf when driving in the main aisle.

High-altitude protection: High-altitude protection is mainly to prevent accidental drop of goods placed at high altitude. There are three types of high-altitude protection: back net, side net and back block, which are all installed on the shelf column.

Connecting rod. It is usually made by welding rectangular steel tube and carbon steel plate. The connection between the two rows of shelves makes the shelves more integrated, thereby increasing the stability of the high beam shelf.

Aisle beam. Also known as Longmen Liang. It is usually made by welding rectangular steel tube and carbon steel plate. It is connected between two rows of shelves on both sides of the forklift aisle to make the shelves more integrated, thereby increasing the stability of the high-level Hercules beam shelf.
