Foundation Construction Process：
1. Level the site, clear the weeds, and repeatedly compact with a 8-10 ton roller.
2. Make drainage ditch, depth 30CM or more

spread on the soil.
The gravel powder is laid to a thickness of 10-15 cm, and then sprinkled repeatedly with
a 8-10 ton roller compactor to finish the flatness.
(Remarks: If the foundation belongs to the soil of the field, or the farmland or the pond,
in most cases, the foundation belongs to the soft foundation layer, and a layer of gravel
10-15 cm thick should be laid before the gravel powder is laid. 3-5cm, in order to stabilize the
base layer, the basis of the stability of hard goods can omit this step)
4. Lay 8-10 cm thick cement foundation. Label: C20 or above, the drainage surface of the
football field is drained by bilateral or four-sided slope, the drainage coefficient is 5‰, and it
needs to be cut 3-5cm after the completion of laying.

Fill 25kg of Quartz sand into every square meter to straight each of the yarn,protect suitable hardness for the Court,Together with Shock pad and Rubber can provide Better movenent performance.
（2）Rubber:5Kg/sqm:Rubber can provide a good bounce and shock resistance for Artificial grass court system.It can reduce the damage from the process of Excising and Provide road holding for the Players. Fill 5kg of Rubber into every square meter to get a better protection for sport.
Cutting the function lines
（1）Adhere the joint tape the underlying fabric along the line marking.
（2）Adhere the artificial grass line on the joint tape along the line marking to ensure its
smoothness and firmness.
（3）Trim and splice the artificial turf with special tools, and the joint spacing should less
than 2mm.
（4）Use joint tape to bond between grass gaps.
（5）Compact grass overlap to ensure that the seams are flat and firm.
（6）Fill the accessories with special equipment, ensure that it is uniform, flat.
（7）Comb the grass with special equipment to make accessories is fully settled.
Measuring
（1）Measuring the court:
Before building a court , should be carefully measured the size of the court and send the size to us ,we can help to calculate how many square meters will the court cost ,and make you a site design drawings,
（2）Mark the location of each sideline and line according to the site design drawings. The mark
should be clear.
