With the widespread of electric products in China, inverter transformers are used widely and play an important role in our daily life. However, some wrong operations may unavoidably happen in our actual use.Here we are going to introduce 11 cautions of using inverter transformers in order to make it more efficient.
1. The voltage of storage battery must be same as the input dc voltage of inverter transformers. For example, 24V inverter transformer must be chosen for the 24V storage battery.
2. Positive and negative poles of the inverter transformers must be connected correctly. For example, the dc voltage which the inverter transformers accesses to is labeled positive and negative.The red ones is the positive pole and the black one is the negative pole. And so is the storage battery.The positive(red) must connect to the positive(red) and the negative(black) must connect to the negative(black). In addition, the diameter of the connecting wire should be wide enough to reduce the length of the connecting wire as much as possible.
3. The inverter transformers should be placed in the ventilated place, keeping away from the rain and also keep the distance of above 20cm away from the surrounding objects. It should be far away from the inflammable and explosive article with the ambient temperature of below 40℃.
4. Charging and the voltage inverting can not work at the same time. The charging plug can not be plugged in the invert output in the electric circuit while inverting.
5. The interval time of two boot-up can not be less than 5 seconds.(cutting off the input power)
6. Using dry cloth or an anti-static cloth to wipe to keep it clean.
7. The inverter transformers should be earthed correct at first before connecting to the input and output of it.
8. In order to avoid the accident, users are banned to open the case for operation and use privately.
9. When you doubt that the machine has a failure, stop using it and cut off the input and output in time. We should ask the qualified maintainers to check and repair.
10. When connecting to the storage battery, please confirm that there was no other metal in your hand to avoid the battery short circuit and burn our body.
11. The output power of inverter transformers must be bigger than the service power of the electric appliance. Especially for the electric appliance with big power at start up, such as air conditioner and refrigerator. Also more margin of the power needs to be left.
