What’s the definition of E-cigarette and every country has different opinion. For example, E-cigarette containing nicotine is regarded as medical products and an alternative to tobacco and is helpful for smokers to quit smoking. Ex-prime Minister Cameron and even call up to classify e-cigarette into NHS.
Other Countries ,Like the United States , regard e-cigarette as tobacco and is under supervision of FDA. Furthermore some countries regard e-cigarette as drug.
On the other hand, our country has not released detailed statement of e-cigarette and it is neither classified into tobacco nor regarded as drug. In my opinion e-cigarette invented by China is electronic device and is a symbol of technology.
