The electric hoist is power unit of construction elevator platform. According to the different ways of winch, it is divided into winch and climbing winch. Generally, we use climbing type hoist, which uses friction force between rope wheel and steel wire rope as the power for building hoist elevator platform. When working, steel wire rope is stationary, and the rope wheel crawls on the steel wire rope, thus driving the building elevator platform up and down.
The electric hoist consists of motor, main brake, auxiliary brake, reducer, rope wheel and rope pressing mechanism. The deceleration system is divided into worm gear type, multistage gear type and planet gear type. Commonly we use worm gear type. Rope pressing mechanism can be divided into two-wheel-rope type, chain type, and pressure plate type. Double wheel winding rope type is divided into straight winding type and S curved winding rope type.
S curved winding rope hoist is mainly composed of brake motor, speed limiter, worm gear, worm, gear reduction mechanism, active rope wheel, driven sheave, pressure plate, pressure speed limiter, centrifugal clutch.
