The girder tube of mechanism for maintenance suspended cradle is the main stressed component which directly affects the quality of working platform and workers’ safety. The diameter of front and rear beams is generally 83mm*83mm, thickness is 4mm. The total length of front, rear and middle beams is generally not less than 6.5m, in fact, the longer the better.
Cable used for maintenance suspended cradle is international standard and the service life is generally 3 years. Thickness of working platform bottom plate affects service life and load capacity. It is better if thickness is above 2.5mm. Checkered plate is divided into steel and iron, and the general service life of 2.5mm steel plate is about ten years.
Operators must have qualification certificates. It is strictly prohibited to throw any sundries during operation to avoid injuries. In order to ensure construction projects going well, a complete construction plan is necessary which should include equipment model, installation and operation methods. Different projects fit different construction requirements.
Acceptance inspection must be done after installation of suspended working cradle, all details must be strictly controlled, accessories must be intact according to program.
