Editor's note: publish price levels: americans roof photovoltaic (pv) : 151-242 dollars/mw (about 1.06 to 1.70 yuan/KWH) and commercial institutions photovoltaic roof: 75-154 dollars/mw (about 0.53 to 1.08 yuan/KWH), large ground silicon photovoltaic (pv) : 36 - $44 a megawatt (about 0.25 to 0.31 yuan/KWH).

Lazard, a us consulting firm, annually assesses the full life cycle equalization cost (LCOE) of all types of energy generation in the us and released its 13th version of the LCOE in November 2019.

Without taking into account the tax preferences of the federal government, the equalization costs of various types of energy generation in the United States are as follows:

-- conventional energy

# peak-shaving natural gas plant: $150-199 / mw/h

# nuclear power (excluding decommissioning and dismantling costs) : $118- $192 / mw/h

# coal power: $66-152 / mw/h

# gas combined cycle: $44- $68 / mw/h

-- alternative energy

# residential rooftop pv: $151-242 / mw/h

Commercial rooftop pv: $75-154 / mw/h

Community ground pv: $64- $148 / mw/h

Large ground pv of crystalline silicon: $36-44 / mw/h

# thin-film large surface pv: $32- $42 / mw/h

# tower solar thermal power generation with energy storage: $126-156 / mw/h

# geothermal power: $69- $112 / mw/h

# onshore wind: $28- $54 / mw/h, offshore wind: $89 / mw/h

From the perspective of the trend of leveling costs, the LCOE of onshore wind power decreased by 70% from 2009 to 2019, and decreased by 11% on average in the next 10 years.Large ground-based photovoltaic LCOE fell 89 percent, averaging 20 percent over 10 years.
