The memory spring is made of shape memory alloy wire. They use the memory effect of shape memory alloys and are divided into one-way memory springs and two-way memory springs. This spring is also a typical structural form of industrial shape memory alloy elements. After elongation, hot water or hot air is used as a heat source, and the temperature to restore the original length is 65° C-85° C. The original length is made according to customer requirements.
The shape memory spring designed and produced has the dual functions of temperature sensing and driving, and can be effectively used as a heat sensitive and driving element:
◆ The device mechanism is miniaturized and the structure is simple, because a shape memory alloy spring (memory element) can play the function of the three systems of sensing, driving and transmitting in the traditional mechanism;
◆ The action is not affected by the environment or atmosphere other than temperature, and it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
◆ Small temperature lag, accurate and reliable temperature control, long life, and fatigue resistance greater than hundreds of thousands of times
