2. Which patients should be identified by wrist strap?
1) all patients who enter the emergency room, observation room, inpatient and outpatient functional department for painless flow of people, painless gastroscope and other deep sedation and anesthesia need to wear wristbands. The patient information in the wristband includes name, date of birth, inpatient number (outpatient: name, age, medical card number), gender, Department, bed number and barcode / QR code for PDA scanner to scan and enter the system.
2) for patients who cannot communicate effectively, "wrist strap" should be used as the identification mark of patients.
For example, patients with coma, unconsciousness, lack of autonomy, operation, blood transfusion, different languages and language communication barriers should be implemented at least in ICU, operating room, emergency rescue room, newborn and other departments, so as to accurately identify patients.
3. Precautions for using wrist strap:
1) the identification information filled in "wristband" can only be used after being checked by two persons. If it is damaged and needs to be updated, it also needs to be checked by two persons.
2) check requirements: at least two check methods shall be used at the same time during blood sampling, drug administration or blood transfusion. (excluding room number and bed number as the basis for checking only), and the patient is required to name himself / herself, which can be implemented after checking.
3) communication with patients: before any intervention or other invasive high-risk diagnosis and treatment activities, the operator has the initiative to communicate with the patients as a means of checking and confirming to ensure the correct patients and correct operation.

5) surgical patients (including minimally invasive surgery), critical patients and patients with allergic constitution must wear them as patient identification marks.
6) those who have no history of allergy should wear wrist strap with "no allergy mark". If drug allergy is found in the process of hospitalization, the warning wrist strap with "allergy mark" should be replaced.
