If it is a product quality problem, not artificial cause, then faulty product can be replaced within 12 months upon receipt of goods.
When you get any feedback of faulty product, you can send photos and videos of failure scene to us, our technician can preliminary estimate the problem and offer a solution.
After receiving the faulty product, Huihua will carry out further detection and identification of the fault, in order to improve the product and provide better products for customers.
