PTKSAI providing 1 year warranty, terminals without human damage. Where the buyer finds that products are defective during warranty period in terms of warranties supplied, PTKSAI shall repair or replace said parts of goods to the buyer. For damage parts returned , the PTKSAI shall bear one way cost and the buyer shall bear the other .Or PTKSAI will provide the replacement (damage part don’t need to be returned) , the buyer will bear one way shipping cost . The above terms shall be proceed under discussed and confirmed by both PTKSAI and the buyer
