Ball mill safety technical regulations
1. Wear overalls,work shoes,gloves,and dust masks before operation.
2. Before starting,check whether the rubber ring in the coupling is damaged,whether the screw is loose,and whether the lubricating oil in the reducer is sufficient.
3.When loading,the machine should be stopped first, put on the feeding funnel,and then the bucket should be placed safely on the feeding funnel.The electric hoist hook should not be removed from the lifting lug,and the electric hoist power cord should not be pressed.Do not touch the electric hoist power cord when feeding, and do not shake the drum directly.
4. After loading,the cap should be tightened and the cover should be closed to start the ball mill.
5. Before unloading,check whether the drum and the ball mill lower feeder are docked.
6. When unloading,the unloading cover should be tightened and covered with the cover to start unloading.
7.During the operation,the metal rod,sealing cover,discharge cover,feeding funnel and other appliances should be placed after use to prevent falling and hurting people.When loading,the ball mill should not stand.
8.The use of electric hoists must follow the "Safety Technical Regulations for Electric Hoist".
9. During the operation of the equipment,it should be checked frequently, and the abnormality is immediately dealt with according to the procedure.
10. All parts of the ball mill should be added with lubricating oil in time according to the equipment maintenance procedures.Do not place anything on the ball mill.Do not drop tools or bolts into the drum.If it is found,it must be removed in time.
11. In order to avoid damage to the cylinder,after cleaning the alloy ball or replacing the cylinder,the ball should be loaded after loading.
12. Do not touch the electrical switch with wet hands or metal objects.
13. Every class should be cleaned of equipment and on-site hygiene,kept clean and tidy,and tools,materials, etc.should be placed according to regulations.
