1.  All goods are guaranteed for 3 years after shipment for normal use only.  (8 hours per day is better)

2.  Improperly using is beyond our guarantee category.  (wrong voltage, wrong power supply, wrong dimmer etc)

3.  For quality problem, we will send free replacements for bulbs or other spare parts as requested together with next order. 

4.  For damaged goods, you need to inform us within 3 days by receiving the goods. We will send you the replacement immediately or help you to send claims for compensation against the forwarder.
