Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
Q9: Is there any way to lower the shipping cost to import to our country?
A: For small orders, express will be the best;
For bulk order, sea transportation will be the best choice with regard to the shipping time.
As for urgent orders, we kindly suggest air transportation and home delivery service will be provided form our ship partner.
