A: Yes, we are a professional dry battery manufacturer in Jiaxing, China. We're in the middle of Shanghai and Hangzhou.

Q3. Can I have samples before my order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q4. What about the lead time?

A: Samples need 3~7 days, Regular mass production time needs 3~4 weeks.

Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for battery order?

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by sea. The arrive time is depends on your port.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

 Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
 Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
 Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q8. Is it OK to print my logo/brand on the batteries jacket ?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally and confirm the design before our production.

    Please also provide your Trademark Authorization Letter to us.

Q9: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3~5 years warranty to our products.

Q10: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 
than 0.1%.
   Secondly, during the guarantee period, If you find defective products, we will find the cause and try our best to solve the problems and make our customers satisfied.
