Features

1.There are 6 blades(3 groups) to cut PCBs. A group is made of an upper blade and a lower blade.We name the three groups of blades Group A,B and C.Group A cut 40% of the PCB of the total thickness,and Group B cut another 40%, then Group C cut 20% left. Because the machine cut PCBs three times gradually, the stess to PCBs will be much smaller than tradional one-time cutting process, about 80% lower.It can make sure the very small damage to PCB.

2.The imported stainless steel blades are durable,because blades can PCB with small cutting force. It can be used for over 1 year, which can save cost.

3. Due to three-time cutting, it is very stable during cutting. Thus, the V-CUT can be located well to avoid jumping out of the V-CUT groove from guide blade.
