How many units can be put in container?
A: 6 units can be in a 20ft container, 13 units can be in a 40HQ container.
None packing,and will fixed with wire ropes.
Are you able to export less than 1 container of mini excavator ? And what"s the wooden box"s dimension and total weight ?
A:If 1 unit or 2 units mini excavator machine could shipment by LCL,wooden box;if 4 unit or more than 4 units suggest used 20ft container.
If do not have trailer,the wooden box dimension is 2.8x1.12x1.4m ,about 4.3m3;if have trailer the wooden box dimension is 2.8x1.4x1.8m,about 7.54m3. Total weight about 1000kg
The warranty of the machine and how will you carry out the service?
A: Warranty period:1 years or1200 working hours manufacturers warranty whichever comes first. One line service is provided 24 hours every day, there are technicians ready to serve for you, they are well trained, they can be assigned to your site and serve for you.
Spare parts supply:
A: Spare parts is available all the time.
A spare parts kit for free will be sent with each machine, which can be used for 1 year.
There are also a spare parts list recommended for 2 years, you can choose and order some parts sent with machine in advance or we recommend the list for you.
