1, What’s your payment terms?

  T/T, Paypal, Alibaba Secure Payment, Western Union, OA is accepted.

2, What’s your shipping methods?

  Normally we will use Fedex to deliver our goods. TNT/DHL/UPS/EMS is available. But we  can also use customer’s own forwarders.

3, What can I do to place an order?

  A, choose the item you want; 

  B, email us item number, voltage, wattage, color temperature and quantity; 

  C, we will release the PI and send you to confirm;

  D, you make the payment;

  E, Order will be proceeded;

  F, We will follow up order status until you get the goods;

  G, After sales services for 24months

4, What’s your warranty method?

  We guarantee all of our products for 24months.

  If  there are quality problems, please don’t worry. Just feel free to email us with photos/ videos, item numbers, color, voltage and quantity, we will send you replacements next time together with your next order. Or refund you payment.

5, What’s your regular package?

  Normally we use white box to pack our goods. But we can also use your own packing, such as color boxes, blister packing ect with your own design. Can print your logo and data on lamps also.

6, Do you provide OEM, ODM services?

  Yes, of course. We have a professional team to service you.

7, What’s the difference for the leds you use?

  A, All of our leds are conform with ERP and LM-80 directive. CRI above 80Ra, SDCM less than 6.

 B, We only use 24K golden line leds, not alloy line leds.

 C, Color temperature range: Warm white 2600-2800K, 2800-3100K; Natural white 3800-4200K;   Cool white 6000-6500K

 D, Our leds are using Dow Corning silicone and Intematix Phosphor powder.
