After the design is completed, the distribution curve will be obtained through professional testing and then provided it to the designer for lighting design and calculation.

A: The chips are vital to the LED lights. The chips we used are originally paked ones imported from CREE, OSRAM to ensure the high quality.

Q: How to get a sample?

A: Generally, we do not offer free sample. If you need a sample for testing first, please kindly let us know.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Retailers, wholesalers and distributors are all welcomed! We value every customer.

Q: What is your guarantee for the LED lights?

A: We offer 2 to 3 years free warranty to all the LED lights we sold, some of which can be prolonged to 5 years at extra cost. Moreover, the buyer has to pay for the freight cost.

Q: How do you deal with the faulty?

A: Our products are produced under strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Once faulty caused, please refer to the following steps. It is the buyer’s responsibility to feedback the situation of the light once it received. We have to judge the damage is caused by the shipment or others, and then solve the problem.
During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you. Otherwise, we will discuss the solution including re-calling the defects, and it depends.

Q: Can you send a sample for reference?

A: we are glad to send samples for your inspection, Standard samples can be free, but the buyer has to pay the express fee.

Q: How to confirm the quality with the buyer before production?

A: 1) For large order quantity, pre-production sample is a must.
2) For small order quantity, please send us your samples, we can make proto samples for your reference.

Q: How to solve the quality problems after sales?

A: You have to take photos in detail and emailed to us, and we will discuss with our engineers and conclude a satisfied solution to you within three days.

Q: How about the lead time?

A: The exact delivery date depends on the items and the order quantity. Usually, the production time is 7-10 working days.
