For other small spare parts, we will send new ones to you after receiving pictures of damaged spare parts.

A6: To all Excel LED Customers , as long as the parts can be fixed , you can send it to us , we can fix it for you free . If it is not available to be fixed and need new replacements , we will charge accordingly .
