In performance industry, the TUV certificate is the most important certificate. Which is very hard to get.

Frist: We need submit apply to Germany TUV organization(only few high quality factory will pass), few month passed and approval. Then TUV organization will arrange team people come our factory start testing.
Second: TUV people will come to our raw material facotry to test our raw mateiral frist.(They will testing material element,weight,function and so on)
Third: After material test, then come our factory test our clamp produce process(Including test produce machine,worker need certification).
Fourth: Testing final clamps quality (Including loading weight,net weight,size)
Fifth: After testing and checking all dates they will submit to TUV organization engineer department, then they will let we know the final result.
To get a TUV certification total need 6month times.

Generally our sample will be charged. When you paid, sample will be delivered by express, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc.
4) How long can I expect to get my sample?
Generally, it will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days
5) We want to do our logo on the case, how can you do that?
For the logo, we have silk print one ,embroidered one and metal logo for option. Please provide your logo in PDF, CoreDraw or JPG format and the size, we can tool it for you!
6)Can you do the design for us?
Yes. With about Ten Years OEM/ODM experience, We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can tool the products as per your requirements.
7)What about the lead time?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Normally need 10-15days.
8)What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
