Packing
Carton Boxes or Plywood Cases for your choices. We will put enough EPE inside the boxes to ensure the safety, and some protective film outside for damp proof, no matter you choose ship by air or sea, you will get the product in perfect condition.
Delivery
We have professinal forwarder to handle with your order, both small trial orders and wholesale purchase, we will ensure quality and transportation safety. If customers have their own shipping agent, we will try our best to cooperate.
Q1.What are the lead times for LED open signs?
For sample and small trial orders, if you place order today, we could send out tomorrow; for quantities over 100pcs, about one week; pls tell us the quantity you need, we will confirm the delivery time for you.
Q2. What do the signs come with?
Our LED open signs come with everything you need to operate such as an UL certified adaptor, one metal chain to hang on, and one extension string. This way, you can use your unit as soon as it reaches you.
Q3.What color do these signs come in?
Color for your choice: Red, Green, Yellow and White.
For both color and flashing modes, we could customize for you.
Q4. What package do you use?
We provide brown boxes for sample and trial order, that would be fast and cheaper; and plywood cases for large quantities, which will be a bit more expensive.
