2 . Q : Where is your factory located ? How can I visit your factory ?

A : Our factory is located in Guangzhou City , Guangdong Province , China , about 20mins away from Baiyun Airport , if you want to have a visit our factory , we can arrange to pick you up in the airport or train station etc. We are all warmly welcome to visit us !

3 . Q : Does your company have CE/RoHS certificate ?

A:Yes , we can offer the CE/RoHS certificate to you based on your requirements .

4 . Q :  How can I get the price list ?

A: Pls kindly email / call / fax to us with the items you are interested in and pls also inform us your owner information including name , detailed address , telephone etc. we will send you quotation as soon as possible once received your request . 

5. Q : What is the delivery time ? shipping method and shipping time ?

 A : 1. For delivery time : the quantity below 100pcs , we can finished in 8days , for the quantity between 100-200pcs , the delivery time is 15days , for the quantity above 200pcs , we have to be negotiated and reply you based on our production schedule . hope you can understand.

       2.For the shipping method , our products could be shipped by sea , air and express , which is based on the weight and size of the package and with consideration of customer's requirements , by sea : 20-40days , by air : 5-10days , by express : 3-6days .

6 . Q : Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me ?

A : Yes , sure thing , if you have own forwarder in Guangzhou or nearby Guangzhou , you can let your forwarder ship the goods for you , then you do not need to pay the freight to us .

7 . Q : What is the payment method ?

A : T/T , 30% deposit before mass production , the 70% balance has to be settled before shipment , we kindly suggest you transfer the full price at one time as there is bank process fee , it would be a lot of money if you choose to make twice transfer .

8 . Q : How to place an order ? 

A : Firstly , pls kindly send us your PO by email or fax , we will confirm the PI with you as soon as possible , but pls kindly mention below information on your PO : company / product / delivery time / transportation information and your requirments etc.
