1.Can you produce according to the samples or drawings? 

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

2.What is the lead time?  

It usually takes 5 to 10 days after receiving payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

3.What is your terms of packing?  

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons.If is fragile we will make wooden frame and we also can according to your requirements.

4.How to solve the quality problems after sales?   

Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

5.Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

 Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
