DL69-2059 Din-rail AC Digital-display meter can measure and display the AC voltage and current, voltage frequency at the same time.

Frequency: 45.00 - 65.00Hz

The meter can only use to measure 45-60Hz AC city electricity, it will be destroyed when use to measure square wave, output of inverter and correction sine wave
