Which payment means do you accept?

We accept paypal,T/T,Western Union etc, and bank will charge some restocking fee.

How do I order TOPCOM products?

Contact your Customer manager or email to them. Then we will reply you within 15mins.

Who will deliver my order?

Items will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT.We may use other carriers as necessary.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

Please note that business days,excluding Saturday,Sunday and public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general,It takes about 2-7 work days for delivery.

How do I track my shipment?

We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.

We would send email with tracking number, so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier’s web site.
