Q1: Are you lantern festival supplier trading company or manufacturer?
A1:  We are manufacturer, also have export right.

Q2: How long takes to visit your factory, can you arrange pick up?
A2: It takes 2 hours  from Shanghai airport to our Linyi city airport , and we are able to arrange pick at the airport, Welcome to visit our factory!

Q3: Could you offer samples?
A3: Yes. Sample's production fee is according to actual cost and will be refundable when you place order. And for sure free samples can be offered for the available items.  

Q4: Can we customized the color?
A4: Yes, the color, size and ornaments all can custmized.

Q5: Can you print our band logo?
A5: Yes. Your brand logo can be printed according to your requirement, and we will ask the authorization of the logo printing from you. Thanks for your cooperation.

Q6: What's the material of product?
A6: Mostly plastic and metal materials for standard products except some special customized items.

Q7: What else other size that you can do for the item?
A7: We can manufacture Christmas tree from 3ft to 150ft.
