This cooling tower fill is another our major cooling tower fills. It is used a very famous brand cooling tower, which is cross flow cooling tower fill handing in the two sides too.

The Width is 1330mm for horseshoe shaped holes and 1300mm for round holes. It is changeless. Because of the changeless mould decide it. But the length can be customized by customers, such as 2840mm, 3050mm, 3098mm or 3100mm.

The thickness is 0.38mm at least. Some of customer request the thickness arrive to be 0.45mm or 0.5mm. Why customer should choose the large thickness? That is because the large area of the surface meeet hot water and hanging for long time, it need the strong support power if it is thick enough, or it will be broken like a thin paper.

There are two designs of this cooling tower fill: One is horseshoe shape holes with one side eliminator,The other is round shape holes with one side eliminator which there is 10degree inclination.
