A:Sample needs 3-7 days,Mass production time needs 15-30 days.

2.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx or TNT for small order.It only takes 3-5 days to arrive.Airline and sea       shipping  also optional

A: The tester has 1 year warranty if no human damaged we could replace it freely. And the Sphere spectroradiometer has 2 years warranty.

13. What kinds of payment terms?
