Can you offer sample?

Yes,we can offer 1 sample for free,but customer need to pay the freight

 If we have our own design,are you available to produce?

It will be our honor,our team will fully cooperate on producing sample

Will you pay for the cost of design?

We would like to pay 100% of cost after the quantity reach 50,000pcs

Do you accept OEM?

Yes,we will design the sticker,instruction,color box and carton to customer’s demand

But first of all,customer’s brand is not registered in China

What about MOQ?

100pcs is ok

What about lead time?

Sample will be ready in one week,and it takes 3-5days to your hand.mass production will be ready in 35days.We strictly arrange the production,so please don’t push us to be faster,what we can do is not delaying

What’s the term of payment?

What do you do about after sale?

We offer 100% broken on the way in the next order include the Defects,and please keep them well

If the Defects is more than 1%,we accept to turn back 100% of payment and we pay all cost to ship the goods back
